Dubai has partnered with Elon Musk’s The Boring Company to construct the Dubai Loop, an underground transport system designed to significantly reduce commute times. The initial phase will feature a 6.4-kilometer pilot route connecting key districts, with the full network aiming to span over 22 kilometers and include 19 stations, transforming urban mobility.
